Ryan’s Sangria Recipe

1 bottle Cortijo Rioja wine (from Spain)

1/4 cup of Brandy

1 Red Apple

1 Granny Smith Apple

1/2 Lime

1 Orange

Fresh Pineapple chunks

1 liter of Ginger Ale


Pour wine and Brandy into a large pitcher.  Cut fruit into wedges and add to mix to taste.  Let sit in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.  When ready to serve, add a splash of ginger ale to each glass (not to the pitcher).  If you add to the pitcher, then save the mix for later, the ginger ale will go flat and the sangria will not taste as good.
